This is a party food classic - Spinach Dip.  It's been around since the 70s because people like it!  I like to serve mine up with toasted baguette slices, and some buttery crackers and tortilla chips.

Last time I made it I got snooty and decided fresh spinach would make it better so I chopped some up, sauteed it with onion, drained it and let it cool.  There was no difference in taste that I could tell and it was a lot more work - never doing that again!

This is a perfect appetizer to serve with my GRINCH MARTINI!
