Here is the starter course for my Valentine's Dinner Menu - Mini Seafood Casseroles. The appetizers and breadsticks (and even one dessert) have already been posted - just scoll down to previous posts.

This is a delicious seafood appetizer that anyone can whip up in just a few minutes. You can used canned crab and shrimp but it's much better with fresh. Please, Please, Please don't use that imitation crab, that's just whitefish dyed to look like crab - seriously does anyone like that stuff?

It's really cute if you can get ahold of some beautiful little actual seashells to use as your baking dishes. Just make sure to thoroughly clean them and run them through the dishwasher to sanitize them before use.
