MINI STRAWBERRY PIZZAS - Final Think Pink Appetizer!

Today's recipe for mini Strawberry Pizzas is the last tiny food recipe for Think Pink and it's my favorite! I had my first strawberry pizza at the Strawberry Festival in Oxnard, California about 20 years ago and I loved it. I finally found a good recipe that comes close to that first taste.

This is a great final recipe for your Pink Party because it's a dessert h'ors d'oeuvre!

Thanks for joining me during Think Pink for the Cure and let's keep it up!

  1. I am throwing a Thanksgiving themed party for my daughter's first birthday, I am trying to find ideas for finger/bite sized foods that are a spin off of a traditional thanksgiving menu...
    Or contain ingredients with them!
Preferrably stuff we can make/prep ahead of time and are pretty quick and easy!
Ei: turkey, ham, cranberry, potatoes, pumpkin, green beans.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you!

  2. GrapeSeed - I think I would do mushroom caps stuffed with turkey & dressing, you could even drizzle a little gravy on top, bake some little red potatoes, hollow them out and stuff them with the green bean casserole and top off with those fried onions, ham slices on toasted baguettes with mashed sweet potatoes piped on them, cranberry and orange salad served on a small lettuce leaf that is firm (like radicchio) - and, of course, mini pumpkin and pecan pies - also check out my Pumpkin Pie Martini for the adults over at The Martini Diva!

  3. Time and temp for baking the wonton wrappers? It's not posted

  4. Locovore - the recipe mentions baking until nicely browned and crisp for the wonton wrappers - I'd use 350 degrees.
