Early in June I developed a new recipe for baked chicken breasts using apple juice and tarragon that turned out so great it's become one my favorite dishes. I'm not a big apple juice drinker but now I always have at least a couple of sippy boxes of apple juice around for this dish (and the occasional Apple Martini!)
I finally got around to making the free recipe card design for it! Enjoy - it really is one of the best chicken recipes I've ever had!
