I'm a fool for bananas and I love them right out of the peel, baked, sauteed, deep fried, covered in chocolate, flambeed and on top of cereal and ice cream. I can't eat corn flakes without them.

Don't tell anyone but I absolutely love Elvis' favorite sandwich, a grilled peanut butter and banana delight, and this recipe is sort of a savory take on that without the peanut butter! They're really good and half the time I'll eat more of them than I end up serving to guests!
