I got a bunch of fresh raspberries this week and was hunting for new recipes to use them in. This is a great recipe for Raspberry Lemon Butter which is a great condiment for fruit breads, muffins and bagels - in fact I used it on my raisin bagel this morning.

I'm also going to try it with roasting chicken and a few other little experiments! I'll let you know how they work out. In the meantime, enjoy this on whatever - oh, try it on pancakes too!

I'm also posting a Raspberry Lime Martini today over at The Martini Diva so click over and download that free recipe card too!

  1. WOW!! This one looks delicious! I would never have thought to combine berries with butter, but why not? And besides, there's so many ways to use this delicious sounding combo. As always, thanks for bringing us such creative and easy to fix recipes!

  2. Eileen- Thanks for stopping by! This butter is delish! I just used some on my blueberry muffin and now I wish I'd gotten two from Starbucks instead of one muffin, lol.
