By now you will have figured out that I love Italian Sausage, lol. If you type "Italian Sausage" into my search bar over on the right side bar here at least four recipes will come up. (And I haven't posted half of my recipes using this ingredient.) I really like the flavors of this sausage and even use it in my chili!This is a fun recipe I found and tweaked to my tastes for Sausage Meat Pies where you use won ton wrappers as the pastry - always great because they come ready made, stacked in nice neat squares or circles! I also used my own Pico di Gallo recipe here instead of salsa but you can revert back to using salsa if you like.
Serve these up with one of my fun Cucumber Martinis or my Gazpacho Martini and enjoy a great summer evening snack!
