CHOCOLATE LEMON MERINGUE PIE

This is my favorite way to eat lemon meringue pie - with a nice layer of chocolate ganache under the lemon! I had combined a small lemon meringue tart and chocolate at a buffet in Vegas and it inspired me so the next time I made a lemon meringue pie I made some ganache and coated the pie shell before I spooned in the lemon and it was great!

Try it and let me know how you like it!

  3. Rosie - it's actually a simple lemon meringue pie but the chocolate part is a layer of chocolate ganache coating the pie shell under the lemon filling - it's delish!
