This recipe has changed my mind about figs - big time. Combined with the goat cheese and served up as an appetizer (you know me and Tiny Foods), it rocks!
I love the toasted walnuts as a garnish and I usually spend the extra time toasting them in a little brown sugar to carmelize them - that extra sweet crunch is perfect on this Fig & Goat Cheese Bruschetta recipe.
