Even monsters, ghosts and goblins love nachos. Serve these up and maybe they won't eat you! Feel free to substitute ground turkey for the hamburger and low fat cheeses to cut down the calories (eeeek!).
You can set these up as a do it yourself nacho bar to make it easier on yourself. Just put the meat mixture in a chafing dish
and the other ingredients in bowls and let your guests do their own thing! I would replace plain avocado with my Halloween Guacamole "Goblets of Gloppy Green Goo" for a DIY Nacho bar, and add a bowl of chopped green onions, diced jalapenos, olives or whatever you like on your nachos!
