Last January I posted a recipe for Champagne Sauce and I finally got around to making the recipe card for it! I wanted to add it to my recipe archives on my new web design for PopArtDiva.com so had to make it into a card!Here it is - enjoy! This is a sauce that can be used on chicken, fish, eggs and sundry other proteins - as well as pouring it over steamed veggies!
