Christmas Cheese Bites - HOLIDAY APPETIZERS


CHRISTMAS CHEESE BITES

These Christmas Cheese Bites are bite size versions of the traditional cheese ball, little amuse bouche cheese balls made with blue cheese instead of cheddar.  They're more like a spread because they have celery and onions as well as the blue cheese and cream cheese.
 
These are my "Tiny Food" versions of my Dad's blue cheese dip.  Dad would make that every Christmas and it's not the holidays to me without that touch of blue cheese!
