Mamma Mia Nachos - Pita Pizza Nachos in honor of Abba

These pita nachos are a fun way to make use of extra pita bread you might have - additionally they are great appetizers and snacks for drop in guests. I call them Mamma Mia nachos because they're really pizza and I also loved the movie Mamma Mia and finally found a way to plug it here on my food blog, lol.

Enjoy these Mamma Mia nacho pizzas while you watch this video which is the truly fun and wonderful end scene to the movie Mamma Mia - I hope you get as big a kick out of it as I always do when I watch it and see those outfits:
