Let's start the New Year off right - with pig! Bacon to be exact! You just cannot go wrong with pork. I can't remember where I found the recipe for these Bacon Mushroom Triangles but they are one of the most delicious appetizers I make.
I love any finger food in puff pastry. Add bacon and you've got me hooked, add mushrooms and I'll follow you anywhere!
