These Blue Cheese Pear Tartlets are so good I serve them all year but they are a really nice combination of sweet and savory to add to your holiday table. To perk them up for your Christmas buffet cut some of the phyllo dough out with mini Christmas cookie cutters and place that on top of the filling just before you heat it again.
These are also great for a cocktail hour of a few people - especially if you serve them with my Pear Martini!
